-I have taken education classes in college and have acquired 100 hours of tutoring. -I have learned how to make lesson plans for mathematics classes. -I graduated high school with a 3.9 and currently have a 3.85 in college. -I have always been at least 3 years ahead in mathematics and have never received anything below an A. -I love working with kids and showing them ways to solve problems that they may not have been taught before.

Hobbies

-I am taking online classes, which has allowed me to teach myself higher level mathematics. It definitely has put me in the mindset where if at first you don't succeed, try and try again. Meaning, I use multiple methods in order to learn and understand material, which are good skills to pass on to young students. -I have always been very interested in STEM subjects, and the connection of mathematics and the real world. -I am a real people person, and get along with almost everybody. I have had a lot of unique and diverse life experience which allows me to find common ground with almost anybody. -I was a student athlete in high school and have played almost every sport competitively: volleyball, baseball, football, rugby, basketball, soccer, ultimate frisbee, and even badminton. -I have a two year old daughter who has taught me a lot about patience and how to handle kids of all ages.
